New AOL Logo: Aol.com
My memories of early AOL consists of “You got mail”, NYC AZN chatrooms, freezing people’s screens and finally getting banned to only receive another CD a week later. AOL is a nostalgic brand with its caps and triangle and the Initial cap rebranding will take some time to marinate. I wish I still have my punters from warez chatrooms. Aol. deserves a good freezing right about now....

Eric Haze Exhibtion at Level 2 Gallery
The artwork matches my outfit and the expression is sober. It was a gathering of the usual heads: Fools Gold, Staple, LTD, DQM, MOB, A-Trak and Neil Armstrong on the tracks. Apparently there has been an update to the ADC rebranding firestorm going on over at Brand New. Jacob Trollback, of Trollback + CO has given them a pdf of the full presentation of the rebranding which explains the rationale for their work.
The pdf is available for download, so check it out. I haven’t as yet, but I definitely will.
